Norfolk Wherry Brass is pleased to announce that following the latest easing of Covid19 restrictions meaningful rehearsals have now commenced. Sadly during the pandemic Ian Clarke (Chunky), our chairman, decided to call a halt to his playing days and although he will help us however he can, he has left the band. We have elected Carole Carman as our new Chairlady and she is already taking care of preparations for the future, ensuring that our activities are within guidelines and are Covid safe. Rehearsals are planned to continue weekly on a Tuesday with the prospect of adding the Friday evening again at a later date.
Norfolk Wherry Brass was formed in 2004 by a group of musicians from across East Anglia. The band is located in Neatishead, Norfolk, at one of the most eco-friendly village halls in Great Britain, the New Victory Hall.
